Refund policy
We cannot grant returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items unless those items are defective or are damaged in shipping. We cannot grant returns, refunds, or exchanges on apparel items due to ordering the incorrect size. However, if the size you received is not the size you ordered, we will generate a replacement order at no extra charge. Similarly, we cannot grant returns, refunds, or exchanges on apparel items due to ordering the wrong color. However, if the color you received is not the color you ordered, we will generate a replacement order at no extra charge.
We have a 30-day replacement policy on the aforementioned certain items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Often, photographic evidence will be required for the printer to grant a replacement order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
